Deposit insurance
SB "HSBC" JSC is a member of Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund.
On the 23rd of October, 2008 Law of RK "On making amendments and addendum to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on financial system stability" was adopted, which came into force on the 24th of October, 2008.
In accordance with the law the minimum amount of guarantee reimbursement was increased up to five million tenge in case of forced liquidation of the bank party.
