You would not have to visit our branches for your everyday banking as you can manage your account using our twenty-four-hour Internet-banking system. ATMs in our branches would allow you to perform cash-in
transactions 24 hours a day and you can withdraw your
money at any ATM worldwide displaying the following logos: Cirrus, Maestro or MasterCard.

Security

We take all possible measures to provide reliable security to your funds. You can create your own PIN (personal identification number) at HSBC ATMs for extra safety. You can also sign up for our free of charge instant SMS alerts service, which sends information about transactions on your account directly to your mobile phone. If your debit card is lost or stolen contact our Call-centre and it will be securely cancelled straight away.

With debit card MasterCard from HSBC you can:

• withdraw cash at any ATM worldwide with MasterCard, Cirrus or Maestro logo
• withdraw cash at ATMs in Kazakhstan at a single fixed minimum fee
• get debit cards in one of three currencies: Kazakhstani tenge, US dollars and Euro
• manage your funds via Internet-Banking system
• get instant SMS alerts on your transactions - as an extra safety tool
• deposit your cash 24 hours a day via HSBC in-branch ATM machines
• generate your own PIN at HSBC ATMs
• get additional cards for your family members (up to 2 additional cards)

To open a debit card you need to have account in our Bank. Documents required to open an account with HSBC:

• ID/Passport
• Tax Registration Number (TRN)
