Lars Rejding - Chairman of the Management Board

Lars Rejding has been with the HSBC Group for 15 years and has held various senior positions in the Group in five different countries, most recently in Latin America for four years as Head of Strategy, responsible for the development and implementation of strategy and M&A activities. Prior to that, Lars held the position of Deputy CEO for HSBC in Russia and led the development of the bank's Corporate and Retail business for 4 years, after a role as Deputy CEO for HSBC in Sweden for five years.

Rashid Daurov - Chief Financial Officer

Rashid Daurov has 8 years of experience in various areas of Finance. He has been empoyed with HSBC Bank Kazakhstan from June 2010. Prior to HSBC, Rashid has worked in audit in Ernst&Young, financial advisory services in Deloitte and headed financial reporting and tax department in Raimbek FMCG division. He has a BA degree in Business Administration from American University - Central Asia and MSc degree in Management from University of Bristol (UK). Rashid is a graduate of Presidential Scholarship program "Bolashak". He holds the professional qualification of the Certified Public Accountant (USA).
